Ingredient :
- Noodles : Wheat flour, Palm Oil, Salt, Herbal Enhancer, Curry Powder, Sodium Carbonate & Potassium Carbonate.
- Soup Mix : Chili Akito, Turmeric, Cumin, Gram Dhall, Coriander, Black Pepper, Curry Leaves, Roasted Onion, Asafetida, Cinnamon Star, Anise, Cloves, Cardamom & Roasted Salt.
Special Cooking Tips:
- Heat 1 teaspoon (10 ml) Ghee in pan.
- Braise 2 piece of Cardamom and 2 gram of Fenugreek until aromatic.
- Add 10 gram finely chopped Onion, 20 gram White or Black Garlic, 2 gram Curry Leaves, 1 Tomato cut into 4 pieces and stir well.
- Add Noodle into 400 c.c. boiling water and let it boil for 1 minute.
- Add Harini Vegetarian Flavour and stir slowly till blend.
- Serve Harini Biryani Noodles hot for better taste.
