Kedah Darul Aman, a state in Northern of Peninsular Malaysia is famous for its own unique fried noodles. It is loved by not only Malaysian but foreigners as well. The original and traditional recipe of Kedah Fried Noodles has been used to derive the Harini Herbal Noodles.

Beside for its taste, these noodles work as remedies for illness. Herbs in the noodles help to prevent stomach disorders due to air and gastric, improve digestion, increases appetite and energy and help to relieve from nose blockage due to flu.

Ingredient :

  • Noodles : Wheat flour, Palm Oil, Salt, Herbal Enhancer, Curry Powder, Sodium Carbonate & Potassium Carbonate.

  • Soup Mix : Chili Akito, Turmeric, Cumin, Gram Dhall, Coriander, Black Pepper, Curry Leaves, Roasted Onion, Asafetida, Cinnamon Star, Anise, Cloves, Cardamom & Roasted Salt.
Special Cooking Tips:
  1. Heat 1 teaspoon (10 ml) Ghee in pan.


  2. Braise 2 piece of Cardamom and 2 gram of Fenugreek until aromatic.


  3. Add 10 gram finely chopped Onion, 20 gram White or Black Garlic, 2 gram Curry Leaves, 1 Tomato cut into 4 pieces and stir well.


  4. Add Noodle into 400 c.c. boiling water and let it boil for 1 minute.


  5. Add Harini Vegetarian Flavour and stir slowly till blend.


  6. Serve Kedah Fried Noodles Flavour hot for better taste.
